Qualifications Must-haves: Excellent resident/customer experience skills Positive attitude Eagerness to learn Efficiency Sense of humor On-call availability Weekend availability (Sunday - Thursday schedule) Strong customer service skills Understanding of basic home maintenance Great-to-haves: Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping Compensation The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
