Apartment Maintenance Technician

JT Solution Partners Inc., is an organization devoted to playing a pivotal role in the staffing and recruitment of innovative and talented individuals.We value knowledge and strive to be experts in everything that we do.We know that the little details count the most and we listen to our clients, their companies, and our candidates.We are excited to hear from you today.Positions are Monday through Friday 8-5pm.Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills.Responsibilities:Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains Replacing carpets and wooden floors Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches Installing appliances Drywall repairs and painting Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Own their own set of tools Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented To be qualified all candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start soon.If this is you, please contact us today.#JTSP1 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s):How many years of maintenance experience do you have?
