Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential apartment communities. Your expertise will ensure residents enjoy a comfortable living environment while supporting the overall operational excellence of our communities. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment suites, common areas, and grounds. Respond promptly and professionally to resident repair & maintenance requests . Complete suite make-ready in an efficient and professional manner. Make suite renovations , including installation of new cabinets, flooring, tile and other upgrades, as needed. Perform Supervise or coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized work or larger projects. Communicate with leasing team and management to coordinate suite availability, repairs, and other priorities. Maintain accurate records and update logs regularly. Requirements Proven experience in residential maintenance, with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Ability to lift and move heavy objects including appliances. Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and residents alike.
