Apparel Operations Manager This role leads apparel integration and business operations to enable agile, efficient product creation across a global, matrixed organization. The position partners closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams to improve processes, tools, and execution, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery against business objectives. The role is highly collaborative and suited for someone comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while driving clarity and alignment. The Basics Duration: 4 months Hours per week: Full-time, approximately 40 hours Location requirements: Beaverton, OR Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, operations, or strategy within the apparel or similar business Demonstrated experience in operations and business integration within a complex, cross functional organization Understanding of and or hands-on operational experience with product creation and development processes, with a strong focus on process excellence and simplification Proven ability to lead, plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization and build alignment across diverse teams and seniority levels Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate discussions, and drive outcomes Advanced facilitation skills, including gathering relevant data, active listening, negotiating priorities, and moving work forward Understanding of the end to end product and retail value chain from innovation through consumer delivery Advanced proficiency with Apple and Microsoft productivity tools, including Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using formulas, pivot tables, and lookups Hands-on experience building and managing collaborative workflows using tools such as Smartsheets, Airtable, Miro, or similar project and process management platforms Experience maintaining product calendars, operational documentation, and reporting outputs within shared systems Ability to translate business data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for cross functional teams Comfort operating in complex and ambiguous environments Passion for sport and consumer driven products Key Responsibilities Drive key milestones within the apparel energy and product creation process, ensuring consistent and high quality execution Partner with functional and operational leaders to align teams, processes, and priorities across global and regional stakeholders Identify gaps and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, and support change management Maintain and manage product calendars to ensure visibility and alignment across teams Execute and deliver operational reports, translating data into clear, relevant, and actionable insights Develop training materials, process documentation, and system guides, and facilitate adoption as needed Build detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, risks, and quality measures, and deliver projects on time Support ongoing process and operational workstreams by ensuring consistency, documentation, and standardization where appropriate Enable teams to interpret and use business data and analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
