Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Installer and Delivery Helper, where you'll play a vital role in bringing high-quality appliances to our customers' homes and ensuring they are installed correctly and efficiently. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and more, while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and technical expertise, helping customers enjoy their new appliances with confidence. Duties Assist with the delivery of furniture and appliances using a box truck or similar vehicle, ensuring timely and safe transportation to customer locations Help unload and position appliances at customer sites, following all safety protocols Support the installation process by assembling appliances, connecting electrical and mechanical components, and verifying proper operation Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical instructions to aid in installation and troubleshooting Conduct basic appliance set-up, including refrigeration, washer and dryer, dishwashers and furniture Maintain a professional demeanor by providing excellent customer service during delivery and installation appointments Ensure all safety procedures are followed during transit and installation to prevent accidents or damage Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or field service technician preferred, especially with appliance or equipment delivery and installation Mechanical knowledge related to appliance assembly and equipment repair Customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism Valid driver’s license with delivery driver experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles Hands-on experience with electrical systems or HVAC is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering quality service!
