The Role:Appliance Nerd An Appliance Nerd is: A product expert A confident closer A presenter A student of the craft You will: Consult customers and guide high-value purchase decisions Master differences between new, open-box, refurbished, and scratch & dent inventory Utilize Education Stations to teach features and benefits Deliver weekly internal product presentations to peers Compete in team-voted presentation contests (bonus-driven) Earn Spiffs and commissions on targeted products and promotional initiatives Represent the Neu brand at events and outreach Contribute to video and social content initiatives We expect professionalism, preparation, and measurable growth. Compensation & Standards Base Salary: $41,600 Commission: Paid on every sale Spiffs: Paid on featured products Presentation Bonuses: Weekly You would not be meeting expectations if you are earning under $65,000 annually.Top Appliance Nerds earn more.This is a performance-based environment.Income directly reflects effort, preparation, and closing ability.
