Applications Admin - D365 BC/CE - Orem, UT - $85k A rapidly growing organization in the consumer products manufacturing space is seeking an experienced Applications Admin to support its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and related business applications, including CRM and the Power Platform. This role will oversee user support & training, administration, project execution, enhancements, data integrity, and crossfunctional collaboration across finance, logistics, procurement, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities ERP & Application Ownership Serve as the primary owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, procurement, payables, and production and warehousing modules. Oversee configuration, enhancements, integrations, and data governance for core business systems. Manage escalated support issues and coordinate with external vendors when necessary. Ensure reliable, timely support for 2nd and 3rdlevel help desk requests. Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement Partner with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and other teams to identify needs and translate business processes into scalable ERP solutions. Analyze gaps between system capabilities and business requirements, recommending enhancements or customizations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and cost reduction. Maintain compliance with internal governance, risk management, and operational standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; 10+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform is a big plus Proven experience leading
