Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, expertly managing appointment scheduling, coordinating communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will drive business development efforts, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and technology-driven environments while making a tangible impact every day.Duties Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling through various channels including phone calls, emails, and CRM software such as Salesforce Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities Engage in B2B sales conversations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to secure appointments and advance sales processes Utilize telemarketing strategies to follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and qualify prospects for further engagement Support business development initiatives by coordinating meetings between clients and sales teams, ensuring all details are accurately communicated Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions within CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize appointment-setting campaigns for maximum effectiveness Skills Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and handle objections confidently Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales environments with a focus on outbound calling strategies Strong negotiation abilities to influence decision-makers and secure appointments effectively Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking activity Knowledge of B2B sales processes, business development tactics, and marketing principles to support growth initiatives Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join us as an Appointment Coordinator and become a key driver of our growth!
