Company Overview Solar Me is a leading turn-key solar solutions provider based in Central NJ, dedicated to delivering high-quality solar energy systems across the entire New Jersey market.With a team of multiple NABCEP Certified PV Installation professionals and NABCEP PV-Technical sales experts, we prioritize quality over quantity in all our services.Summary As an Appointment Generator at Solar Me, you will be instrumental in driving our mission to expand solar energy adoption by connecting potential customers with our expert sales team.This role is essential for fostering relationships and generating leads that contribute to the growth of our renewable energy initiatives.Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar solutions.Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Engage effectively with prospects to communicate the benefits of solar energy and our services.Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using Go High Level as well as other tools Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to appointment setting.Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both customer availability and sales team schedules.Continuously seek opportunities for business development through networking and outreach efforts.Qualifications Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing roles, preferably in technology or renewable energy sales.Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.Familiarity with CRM software, such as Go High Level, is a plus but not mandatory.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close appointments successfully.Experience in business development or lead generation is highly desirable.A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.Bilingual If you are excited about making a difference in the renewable energy sector and possess the skills to connect with potential customers, we invite you to apply today and join our dedicated team at Solar Me!
