Job Title: Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist (Go High Level CRM) Location: Fully Remote, Nigeria Rate: $4 - $6 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time Job Type: Full-Time Job Description As an Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist to manage inbound leads, nurture prospective patients, and support appointment conversions using Go High Level (GHL) CRM. This role is ideal for someone experienced in appointment setting, lead management, and customer communication who can respond quickly, maintain professionalism under high lead volume, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a remote environment. Requirements Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM, including: Lead management Pipeline tracking Automation workflows Appointment booking Previous experience in: Appointment setting Lead management Customer service Sales support Strong understanding of lead nurturing and conversion best practices Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Ability to respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Detail-oriented with accurate CRM documentation and data entry skills Ability to follow communication workflows, scripts, and booking procedures Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in: Med spa Aesthetics Cosmetic Wellness Healthcare-related industries Familiarity with aesthetic treatment terminology and patient communication Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or clients Background in: Inside sales Patient coordination Virtual reception Knowledge of lead response timing strategies and conversion optimization Comfortable handling high lead volumes while maintaining communication quality Open to after-hours support or flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage inbound leads from advertising campaigns through the CRM during after-hours coverage Respond promptly to inquiries via text, email, CRM messaging, and other communication channels Engage prospective patients professionally to build trust and encourage bookings Qualify leads based on treatment interest, needs, and readiness to schedule Schedule consultations and appointments accurately within clinic calendars Conduct follow-ups with unresponsive or undecided leads to improve conversion rates Maintain accurate lead activity, communication history, and updates within the CRM Coordinate with clinic teams regarding scheduling and appointment availability Escalate urgent or high-priority inquiries when necessary Communicate effectively regarding treatments, procedures, and services Manage multiple ongoing conversations while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Ensure all inbound inquiries are responded to and properly documented Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes: Must have excellent English communication skills.
