Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls using warm calling techniques to engage potential clients and set appointments for the sales team Qualify prospects through effective communication, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules Collaborate with marketing to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies for maximum engagement Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships Knowledge of sales processes including outbound calling, warm calling, and business development strategies Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated in a target-driven setting Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships Join us if you’re passionate about sales, thrive on building connections, and want to be part of a vibrant team committed to growth!
