We help homeowners connect with contractors. Your job is simple: when a lead comes in, you call them fast, talk to the homeowner, and get them booked on the calendar. We give you the scripts. We give you answers to the most common questions. You just need to enjoy being on the phone, follow through on your commitments, and stay organized. The one rule: A lead comes in and you call within 5 minutes. If you can’t commit to that window between 9am and 5pm ET (Eastern Time, Detroit), this role isn’t for you. Who we’re looking for: You love talking to people. Not just tolerating it, actually enjoying it. You stay on top of things without being reminded, and when you say you’ll do something, it gets done. · You move without being told · You follow through every time, no exceptions · You hold yourself to a high standard even when no one’s watching · You’re organized, and nothing slips through the cracks Experience in home improvement? Nice to have, not required. We’ll walk you through everything you need to have confident conversations with homeowners. Pay and hours: $1000/month · 5 to 10 leads per day to start · Starting part-time, moving to full-time as we scale This probably isn’t for you if: · You screen calls or call back when you get a chance · Quiet days make you go quiet too · You’re not genuinely excited about a phone-based role How to apply?
