Our Apprentice I position is the first step in our HVAC Apprenticeship Program designed to develop the next generation of HVAC professionals. Its a four-year journey built with your growth in mind. Every six months , as you master and demonstrate each competency , youll move up a level, gaining new skills, more responsibility, and yes, a well-earned pay bump to match your progress. Steady pay raises as you advance your skills through the program. Decrease in weekly classroom time and more hands-on training as you move to more advanced levels. A long-term career path with stability and opportunity. What Youll Do: Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Learn safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment. Shadow senior technicians and gradually take on more responsibilities. Participate in classroom instruction and training modules. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
