Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as a Physical Therapist providing part-time, day-shift services. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy treatments to help patients achieve their optimal functional levels. Job Summary Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Conduct patient intakes and evaluations, set goals collaboratively, implement care plans, prescribe medications, educate patients on risks and benefits, and monitor progress. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Develop and document treatment plans using problem-oriented record formats, tailoring approaches to patient understanding and needs. Ensure therapy plans are implemented effectively, modifying treatments as patient conditions evolve. Educate and supervise caregivers and family members to promote safety and functional independence at home. Regularly evaluate therapy effectiveness, consulting with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain high standards of clinical excellence, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety goals. Engage in ongoing professional development through research, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Education and Experience Clinical doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Preferred: At least one year of physical therapy practice experience. Licenses and Certifications Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills and Abilities
