Target opening date is late April 2026 (exact location TBD) with this position hired and onboarded in mid-March. Required training (paid for): ~40 hours of online training + in-person (hours & travel paid for). Initially part-time, hourly to start, the position has potential for conversion to full-time with growth. We are looking for individuals passionate about helping people become safe & happy swimmers! The Position: The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and assists with / leads customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing swim instructor training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons when and if necessary. This position will also require due diligence with tracking required certifications for instructors as well as continuing the employee's development and competency and skills.
