A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Specialist in Hospital Billing. Key Responsibilities Perform follow-up on accounts not adjudicated by the payer and manage open receivables after appeals Utilize payer technology and resources for account resolution and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with team members on account resolution strategies and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications High School diploma Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge or experience in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, or Patient Access Ability to perform tasks efficiently and collaboratively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: One or more years of experience in health care billing functions
