About Us:DJS Enterprises Full Service, LLC is a small, family-owned company established in 2014 in Mishicot, WI.We specialize primarily in tree removal, along with general construction projects year-round.We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to become a key part of our crew -- someone who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat and cold) and can safely operate equipment.A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a strong work ethic are required.If you're dependable and ready to work hard year-round, apply today.Compensation will be paid based on level of experience.Essential Functions:Arborist / Tree Work:Perform tree removal, including tipping, rigging, and sectional removals near homes and structures Operate aerial lifts and climb trees (including free climbing) Safely operate chainsaws and woodchippers Load trailers and haul materials to and from job sites Perform controlled rigging for safe tree removal Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, tractors, telehandlers, lifts, UTVs, forwarders, and feller bunchers Assist with general equipment maintenance (oil changes, cleaning equipment, seasonal prep, etc.) Split and process firewood Construction Projects:Assist with roofing and siding projects Build decks and complete small carpentry projects Power washing services Building and structure teardowns General job site labor and support Experience & Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Ability to confidently back up and maneuver trailers CDL preferred, but not required Prior experience operating chainsaws and/or heavy equipment required Must be able and willing to work at heights safely and confidently Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs.frequently Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move about frequently Willing and able to work in extreme heat and cold as work is primarily outdoors, and on the road Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude Schedule:Typical start time between 6:00-7:00 AM based on customer & project Average days run approximately_ 8-12 hours _depending on the project Summer often includes optional overtime Winter work includes shop projects (heated and air-conditioned shop) Winter work averages 25-30 hours per week, occasionally 40 hours Jobs are typically within the Mishicot, Newton, Valders, Greenleaf, Green Bay, and Kewaunee areas.Occasional travel outside of the listed locations may be required.Benefits:On-the-job training Paid vacation (accrued - approximately 8 days per year, accrued 1 day every 1.5 months) Flexible unpaid time off when needed Employer-paid lunch when working a full 8-hour day or more Overtime opportunities available This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by crew members within this classification.It's not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills, and is subject to change at any time.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Paid time off Application Question(s):Do you have a valid, active, driver's license?
