Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arborist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape management, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.This role involves performing various tasks related to tree maintenance, including trimming, planting, and caring for trees in residential and commercial settings.The Arborist will utilize specialized equipment and techniques to ensure the health and safety of trees while promoting sustainable practices. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough assessments of trees to determine their health, structural integrity, and maintenance needs. Perform tree trimming and pruning using appropriate techniques to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics. Operate track aerial lifts and other equipment safely for high-access tree care tasks. Collaborate with landscape teams to integrate tree care into broader landscaping projects. Maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition for safe operation. Provide education to clients on tree care best practices and the importance of maintaining healthy landscapes. Experience - Proven experience in tree care or a related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of arboriculture principles. Familiarity with landscape management practices is advantageous. Experience operating aerial lifts, climbing and other rigging equipment safely is highly desirable.
