Flip Factory Zone -- Columbia, SCPay:$16-$20 per hour (based on experience)Job Type:Full-timeSchedule:Weekends required, evenings and holidays as needed Job Description Flip Factory Zone is seeking a motivated and energetic Arcade & Go-Kart Attractions Manager to oversee daily operations of our high-volume entertainment attractions, including arcade games, indoor go-karts, and our prize redemption center.This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, safety, sales performance, and operational excellence.Working about 38 to 45 hours a week.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes safety and guest satisfaction, and enjoys working in a fun, energetic atmosphere.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of arcade games, indoor go-karts, and attractions Ensure all safety procedures are followed for go-kart operations and guest use Meet and exceed arcade and attractions sales goals Hire, train, schedule, and supervise hourly team members Manage the prize and redemption store, including merchandising and inventory Perform cash handling, audits, and reporting Analyze game payouts and adjust for profitability and fairness Maintain organization, cleanliness, and functionality of all attractions areas Handle guest issues professionally and ensure an excellent guest experience Qualifications 3years of management or supervisory experience (entertainment, hospitality, or retail preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Safety-focused mindset, especially around go-kart operations Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment Basic computer and reporting skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working indoors and around mechanical equipment Why Work at Flip Factory Zone Fun, energetic, and team-oriented work environment Growth and advancement opportunities A workplace that values safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service Be part of a growing family entertainment brand Apply Today If you are a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment and can commit to a schedule that requires weekend availability, we encourage you to apply today!
