Architectural Department Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsibilities include small to medium size project management from schematic design through construction administration with emphasis on construction documentation, management of internal drafters, and project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients. · Management of architectural projects from industrial, educational, commercial and/or institutional projects. · Ability to maintain existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and secure new projects. · Understanding of project financial management and contract administration, including project coordination, budgeting and scheduling internally. · Familiarity with the production of construction drawings in Revit/AutoCAD QUALIFICATIONS : 5 + years professional experience with an architectural or engineering firm Strong general design and technical knowledge of both architectural building and engineering systems Ability to interpret drawings and specifications Authorized to work in the United States Pay: $32.28 - $38.87 per hour Work Location: In person
