We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Area Branch Manager to oversee branch operations across the Phoenix market. What You’ll Do: As the Area Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional service, strong team performance, and profitable growth. You’ll: Lead and support branch teams while promoting a positive, accountabilitydriven culture Coach, train, and develop employees to help them succeed and grow Partner closely with Business Development and customers to solve staffing challenges quickly Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication Schedule and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community hiring events Handle escalated employee and customer issues with professionalism and urgency Manage payroll payouts, billing, invoicing, certified payroll, and collections Coordinate field team member dispatching and staffing operations Conduct workers’ compensation investigations and unemployment claim management Ensure branch compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service standards Create schedules, conduct employee reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and performance management What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated leader who can balance operations, people management, customer service, and problem-solving with confidence.
