Area Manager – Commercial Landscape Maintenance Inland Empire A growing commercial landscape services company is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple branches across the Inland Empire region. This leadership role is responsible for operational performance, client retention, financial results, and team development across a multi-branch market. Responsibilities Lead and support multiple branch operations with accountability for profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, client retention, and strategic business development Review financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Hire, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational leadership teams Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and operational oversight Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-branch operations within commercial landscape maintenance Strong background in operations management, financial oversight, and team development Proven ability to grow accounts, improve operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
