Job Description
Essential Functions:Supervises staff, conducts walk-throughs, trains personnel, opens/closes facilities securely, reports pertinent information to the Director of Operations, and conducts/orders inventory.Follows instructions on cleaning requirements, schedule, and timeframes.Uses various cleaning equipment and products (vacuums, mops, solutions).Daily/weekly tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying trash, replacing liners, sanitizing phones and surfaces, dusting furniture/fixtures, spot cleaning glass, wiping vertical surfaces, cleaning/polishing chrome/stainless steel, and cleaning/restocking restrooms.Must perform all work safely, adhering to OSHA and Company policies (safety, door lock, time & attendance, uniform).Maintains awareness of SDS locations and wears required PPE.Responds promptly to work orders.Job Description:Work is primarily indoors in commercial office, medical, dental, and educational facilities.Requires physical strength and dexterity to operate equipment and perform duties, including frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.Normal vision and hearing are required.Must meet a flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays) with minimal notice and occasional overtime.Job Qualifications:Requires work ethic, responsibility, teamwork ability, attention to quality and detail, reliability, physical stamina (on feet entire shift, walking, bending, stooping, etc.), and ability to lift 50 lbs.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.Ideal Candidate:Motivated to start a janitorial career, a vehicle owner with a valid driver's license, a great communicator, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to follow safety rules, results-driven, a self-starter, coachable, and positive/fun-loving.Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
