Job Function: The Area Industrial Engineer (Area IE) leads labor management and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs across their region. This role oversees and supports multiple distribution centers within their area. The Area IE provides expertise and leadership in project management to optimize total performance and operational capability across all functional groups within the DCs. Responsibilities include driving process standardization, leading cross-functional operational and engineering teams, and managing large-scale projects related to best practices, technology applications, material handling systems, facility planning, and labor management systems. The Area IE ensures that all business and project objectives are consistently achieved across the network. This is a remote role that will support the Central Region.
