Job Overview The Area Sales Manager will have the opportunity to attract and grow independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers within the assigned market area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy that leads to the achievement of revenue targets in product categories to include residential unitary, ductless, single phase VRF, and light commercial equipment. Responsibilities/Duties Secure and develop relationships with independent wholesale distributors within the HVAC market space (to include residential, design-build LC HVAC and/or plumbing distributors). Help recruit and train contractors and develop loyal Hisense contractors for the future. Manage and coordinate activities with Hisense HVAC sales and service teams and manufacturer's rep agencies to develop relationships, grow distribution,
