Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Supervisor located in Mentor, OH. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operational activities within assigned areas of the store, including managing merchandise presentation, supervising associates, and ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment. This role involves maintaining store standards, assisting customers, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Additionally, the Area Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to associates, ensuring team productivity and compliance with company policies.
