Job Overview We are currently hiring professional and dependable Armed Security Officers for a towing and recovery yard environment.Officers will be responsible for maintaining a strong and visible security presence at vehicle storage and impound facilities, helping to ensure the safety of property, staff, and visitors.This role involves monitoring vehicle lots, controlling access to the yard, and preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.This position requires individuals who are alert, professional, and comfortable working in an outdoor industrial-style environment with frequent activity.Officers must be able to remain observant, enforce site rules, and respond appropriately to incidents or disturbances.Strong communication skills, reliability, and sound judgment are essential.Responsibilities Maintain a visible armed security presence at towing and recovery facilities Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of vehicle storage areas Monitor gates, entrances, and lot activity Control access to impound and storage yards Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized removal of vehicles Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies Assist staff, tow operators, and authorized visitors as needed Complete daily activity and incident reports Enforce company policies and post orders Communicate with management and law enforcement when necessary Requirements Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Officer License Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background screening Strong observation and communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Dependable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security or patrol experience Experience in towing, impound, or industrial environments Military or law enforcement background is a plus What We Offer Immediate openings available Consistent scheduling opportunities Stable long-term assignments Opportunities for advancement Supportive management team Immediate openings - qualified candidates can be scheduled for interviews within 24-48 hours.
