Armed Security Officer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining safety and security at our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military service, and will be responsible for protecting property, personnel, and assets while ensuring a safe environment for all. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies while following established protocols. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss or damage. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes. Qualifications Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Must possess a pistol and reliable transportation.
