Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Armed Security Officer Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Responsibilities Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees. Manage conflicts or disturbances with professionalism, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in security services or law enforcement roles; military background is highly valued. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures. Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling potentially volatile situations professionally. Excellent observation skills combined with attention to detail for effective security monitoring.
