Our services include Providing Security for Events Providing Security for Businesses $19 to $20 an hour Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and be committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to alarms, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness to prevent any potential threats. Responsibilities: - Patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. Monitor CCTV cameras to identify any suspicious activity and report it to the appropriate authorities. Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents in a timely and professional manner. Provide first aid and CPR as necessary. Conduct loss prevention activities to minimize loss and prevent theft. Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques to resolve situations peacefully. Maintain a high level of visibility and awareness to prevent and respond to security incidents. Participate in training and certification programs to maintain current certifications. Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure the security of the premises. Maintain accurate records of incidents, security checks, and other security-related activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Skills: - Strong background in law enforcement or a related field. Certification in first aid and CPR. Experience with CCTV surveillance systems. Knowledge of conflict management and de-escalation techniques. Ability to militarize and respond to security incidents effectively. Certificate in loss prevention. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with surveillance and the ability to monitor CCTV cameras effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
