We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Law Enforcement, Military Service, School Security, or Executive Protection who are committed to safety, professionalism, and community-oriented security operations. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols throughout the campus, parking areas, athletic facilities, and surrounding property Maintain a highly visible and professional presence to deter criminal activity and unauthorized access Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, CCTV cameras, and access control systems Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, suspicious activity, disturbances, or medical incidents Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency responders when necessary Enforce campus security procedures, visitor management policies, and safety protocols Monitor entry and exit points while verifying identification and visitor authorization Assist with student drop-off/pick-up operations and special school events as needed Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and detailed documentation Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques in sensitive situations Maintain strict confidentiality regarding students, staff, parents, and campus operations Serve as a trusted safety resource while maintaining a calm, approachable, and professional demeanor Minimum Qualifications Prior experience in Law Enforcement, Military, School Security, Executive Protection, or Armed Security is required Valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit required Valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon Permit) required Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred Clean driving record and reliable transportation Strong situational awareness and decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience working in school environments or with children Executive protection or high-net-worth client experience Familiarity with emergency preparedness and active threat response procedures Strong customer service and community engagement skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to conduct foot patrols across a large campus environment Ability to respond rapidly to emergencies when necessary Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join Our Team?
