Job Summary The Print Team Lead oversees daily operations within an assigned print area, ensuring quality output and meeting shipping deadlines through hands-on leadership and coordination. Duties Oversees the daily workflow of art-related orders, ensuring accuracy and quality Performs final QC on incoming art orders before they proceed to cutting or packing Operates and maintains the Colex cutter for precision cutting of assigned materials Ensures all cut items are handled, labeled, and packed without damage Manages the processing and routing of all header materials Coordinates with Fulfillment and Finishing teams to meet production deadlines Identifies and resolves issues related to file setup and cut quality Maintains a clean and organized art prep and cutting area Communicates material shortages, equipment needs, or delays to the manager Cross-trains team members as needed on equipment operation and QC standards Train and support operators on equipment and procedures Monitor quality and address issues in real time Communicate issues and needs to Senior Team Lead or Supervisor Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or fulfillment preferred Demonstrated success as a high-performing operator or associate Previous informal or formal leadership experiences strongly preferred Experience with department-specific systems, tools, or equipment preferred Bilingual skills are a plus but not required Skills/ Abilities Strong working knowledge of assigned production area, equipment, or process Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to troubleshoot basic workflow, quality, and equipment issues Comfortable performing hands-on production work while leading others Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily demands Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods of time Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions Ability to lift and move materials and finished products, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to perform hands-on production work as needed Ability to visually inspect products for quality and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying noise levels Trends International, LLC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA).
