POSITION OVERVIEW The Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that drives retention and referrals. The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE PRIORITY) Sales Execution & Revenue Support ● Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts ● Confidently explain the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy ● Follow studio sales scripts, pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards as directed by the Studio Manager ● Actively manage leads during shifts, including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations ● Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives ● Represent beem® Light Sauna professionally as a brand ambassador Client Experience & Retention ● Greet all members and guests warmly and ensure every visit is outstanding ● Deliver consistent, top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through automated communication systems ● Create a fun, engaging, and professional studio atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and referrals ● Address basic client questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Studio Manager when needed ● Model beem® mission, vision, and values in all interactions Studio Operations, Cleaning & Support ● Maintain overall studio cleanliness and presentation throughout each shift ● Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies ● Ensure treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms, and front desk areas are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times ● Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of hygiene ● Ensure proper member check-in, guest registration, and front desk procedures are followed ● Accurately handle phone inquiries, sales transactions, account updates, and customer care calls ● Assist with light administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Studio Manager ● Attend all required staff meetings and trainings COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ● Hourly pay based on experience ● Commission and/or bonus opportunities tied to sales performance ● Complimentary or discounted studio services (where applicable) Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Work Location: In person
