Position: SWE/LLM Superuser Type: Contract Compensation: $42/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate and improve AI model outputs in complex software engineering tasks. Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques, including chain-of-thought and few-shot methods. Build and optimize agentic systems with tool-calling loops and multi-step reasoning pipelines. Manage context effectively using RAG, chunking, and vector search to prevent degradation. Critically assess model outputs, identifying hallucinations and subtle failures. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in at least two languages (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, etc.). Comfortable with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and application logic. Expert command of prompt engineering and context management.
