Role Description We are seeking an Artist Assistant to join our team for events in and around Los Angeles, CA. The Artist Assistant will support the lead artists during painting sessions, assist with setup and cleanup of art materials, and provide guidance to participants. They will ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment, help with creative projects, and contribute to the overall success of events hosted at the studio. Administrative tasks, such as organizing supplies and ensuring the studio is organized and clean, may also be required. Dependable transportation is also required to travel to event sites. Qualifications Strong skills in Drawing and Art to provide hands-on assistance to participants and artists Excellent Communication skills to facilitate interactions with participants and team members effectively Passion for art and creativity, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Organizational skills for managing art materials and maintaining a tidy workspace Previous experience in art-related settings or assisting in workshops is a plus Flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment
