Your Role - What You Will Contribute Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-within established frameworks. Scrutinize results for reliance, identify discrepancies, and handle preventive care and calibration of laboratory instruments. Support specimen acquisition and prepare samples for analysis as necessary. Meticulously document all activities, onboard new team members or interns, and ensure adherence to lab quality protocols. Maintain a tidy and secure working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment. Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
