Description - Your Responsibilities Conduct routine to advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, to name a few-following established guidelines. Assess test results for reliability, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment. Provide assistance in specimen collection and sample preparation as required. Meticulously document all laboratory processes, mentor new colleagues or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards. Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Obtaining ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification within the first year of employment. Maintain active certification as a condition of continued employment.
