Your Role - What Awaits You Conduct both regular and advanced clinical lab tests-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology-per established procedures. Examine results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment. Assist in sample collection and preparation for testing when necessary. Thoroughly document processes, provide training to new team members or students, and help maintain high-quality lab standards. Ensure a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a suitable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your start date. Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
