Responsibilities - What You'll Contribute Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while rigorously adhering to established protocols. Evaluate and validate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Assist with sample collection and preparation, ensuring all samples meet testing standards. Document procedures meticulously, assist in training new team members, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance. Uphold a safe and clean workspace while complying with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health field alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of beginning your role. Ensure continuous certification throughout your tenure.
