Description - What You'll Do Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols with precision and care. Evaluate and analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot anomalies, and carry out preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments with expertise. Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required. Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, offering training to new team members or students, while ensuring adherence to lab quality standards. Maintain a sanitary and safe workspace, complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
