Description - Your Role Awaits Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including fields like chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following well-established protocols. Meticulously analyze test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain equipment through preventative care and calibration. Assist with specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analysis when necessary. Thoroughly document every procedure, mentor new staff or students, and support the maintenance of our high lab quality standards. Ensure a clean and secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year from your start date.
