Description - Your Responsibilities Conduct routine and advanced laboratory diagnostics-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established procedures. Evaluate results critically, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation as required. Ensure accurate documentation of processes, mentor new staff or students, and maintain compliance with lab quality guidelines. Preserve a tidy, secure work environment while following regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree and preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Maintain active certification during your employment period.
