Responsibilities - Your Contributions Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols. Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform needed preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments. Assist in the sample collection process and prepare specimens for testing as required. Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new personnel or students, and help maintain our high-quality lab standards. Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree pending ASCP/AMT certification readiness. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
