Your Role - What You Will Contribute Conduct both routine and specialized tests within the clinical laboratory, covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols. Ensure the integrity of test results by performing thorough analyses, troubleshooting discrepancies, and conducting routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Assist with specimen collection and meticulous sample preparation as needed to ensure optimal testing conditions. Document all procedures accurately, contributing to the training of new employees or students, while upholding the highest lab quality assurance standards. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to pursuing ASCP/AMT certification. Certification Requirements ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected within one year of hiring.
