Description - What You Will Experience Execute a wide range of routine and complex laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols to maintain accuracy and reliability. Evaluate test results with an analytical approach, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance along with calibration on laboratory equipment. Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for further analysis when necessary. Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training for newcomers, and assist in maintaining high lab quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree combined with a commitment to achieving ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within the first year of employment. Ensure your certification remains current
