Assist in specimen collection, ensuring that samples are primed for testing when necessary. Keep detailed documentation of all laboratory procedures, mentor upcoming staff or students, and reinforce quality assurance standards. Uphold a safe, clean work environment, ensuring compliance with various regulatory and accreditation benchmarks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent accredited degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
