Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Maintain a tidy and safe workspace adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment is essential.
