Description - Your Role in Our Lab Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following standardized protocols. Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained. Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required. Document all lab procedures thoroughly, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to quality standards in the lab. Keep the workspace clean and safe, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
