Description - Your Responsibilities Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessments-covering areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established protocols. Evaluate test results for accuracy, address any errors, and ensure laboratory instruments are well-maintained and calibrated. Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for various testing as required. Meticulously document all procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards. Ensure a safe and clean work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
