Description - Your Role in Our Mission Execute a variety of both routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinations-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established quality guidelines. Evaluate results for reliability, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance along with calibration of laboratory instruments. Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples accurately for analysis whenever required. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, orient new staff or students, and contribute to the maintenance of lab accreditation standards. Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while consistently complying with regulatory requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field, along with qualifying for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire date. Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
